The Arnlea team had a fantastic time yesterday exhibiting at The Safety Expo 2025, held at P&J Live in Aberdeen — a key event bringing together safety professionals, innovators, and technology providers from across the UK energy sector.
It was an early start for Claire Murray and Jen Hughes, who joined the Business Breakfast before the main event and were captivated by the incredible story of Chris Lemons, a deep-sea saturation diver who miraculously survived a near-fatal accident in 2012. His experience — featured in the Netflix/BBC documentary “Last Breath” and now adapted into a Hollywood film starring Woody Harrelson — set an inspiring tone for the day ahead.
Throughout the event, the Arnlea team enjoyed engaging conversations, reconnecting with familiar faces, and meeting new connections across the energy and safety sectors. Attendees were keen to explore how Arnlea’s Nexar software supports Ex inspections, helping companies improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across hazardous area operations.
The day concluded with a bit of fun — Jen Hughes was delighted to win a bottle of Eight Lands Organic Gin in the QHSE Aberdeen Ltd business card raffle, the perfect ending to a productive and enjoyable day!
A huge thank you to Jacob Joyce and Claire-Lena Miller-Davis from P&J Live for organising such a successful event.
