With over 30 years of experience, we’ve evolved alongside the energy industry, developing cutting-edge digital solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Our flagship software, Nexar, is the result of decades of expertise in Ex inspections, asset management, and digital transformation. Built for use in the world’s most demanding environments, Nexar empowers frontline teams with powerful mobile tools, real-time data access, and seamless ERP integration.

Today, we continue to work closely with the world’s largest energy companies, helping them move from paper to platform — safely, securely, and at scale.

CEO

Allan Merritt has been at Arnlea since 2013. His passion is to see Arnlea grow and increase its market share, through delivering high-end mobile software technology that is flexible, easy to use, and provides exceptional value to clients. He is hands-on, meeting clients at all levels, often travelling with his team and offering support and insight from his 30-plus years in business.

CFO

Jeremy Lai joined Arnlea in 2014 as CFO, bringing with him experience gained in other PE-backed tech SMEs. He takes the lead on governance, which includes commercial, people, processes and compliance.
